Who We Are

 Carissa Chen is a senior at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy in the Chicago area. As President of Infinity Tutoring, she strives to ensure quality education for all while advocating for climate justice. Carissa plans to pursue computer science in future education.​

Shatakshi Chatterjee is a rising senior at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy in the Chicagoland area of Illinois. She has served as her FRC Robotics Team’s Finance Head for the past two years. She also enjoys working with kids and is the Curriculum Lead of STEMbassadors, an organization that teaches high school students how to be leaders in a STEM classroom. She has experience tutoring students of all ages, from grades 1st - 12th; in various subjects, from Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, and SAT Math + Reading/Writing Prep; and with multiple organizations in and out of school. In her free time, she enjoys traveling or watching a good movie. Shatakshi has served as a Computer Science Tutor with Infinity Tutoring for the past two years. She is excited to pursue her role of Curriculum Director for the upcoming session and contribute to fostering STEM passions in young minds.

Luke is a high school student from Bloomington, Illinois. He aspires to work in medicine and is passionate about neuroscience. He joined Infinity Tutoring as the Director of Finance to continue leveraging his passion for education equity and increase the impact of the organization. In his free time, Luke enjoys playing tennis with friends and going to the library

Abhinav Anne is a rising junior at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy in Chicago, IL. As the Partnerships Director at Infinity Tutoring, he plays a pivotal role in fostering collaborations that bridge educational disparities. Abhinav also serves as the Director of Research at Climate Cardinals, Chair of Youth Action at Climate Reality Chicago, Director of Events at the International Youth Neuroscience Association, Director of Curriculum at STEM & Buds, Managing Editor of the Youth Voices Category at The Teen Magazine, and Director of the Chicago Climate Youth Coalition. Through his initiatives he focuses on eliminating barriers to quality education for students, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their socioeconomic or racial background, has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. 

Hannah is a rising senior at Neuqua Valley High School in the Chicago area.
As a part of the communications team at Infinity Tutoring, she hopes to foster a positive environment for every student, parent, and tutor. In the future, Hannah plans to pursue material science.

Shreshta is a Junior at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy. She resides in Plainfield, Illinois, and enjoys journaling, reading, and listening to music! Shreshta is passionate about neuroscience and hopes to pursue a career in healthcare in the future. She is a part of the Communications Team and works to make Infinity Tutoring a positive experience for students and tutors!
